Ethos Consulting, LLC was founded in 1992 by Conrad and Julie Prusak to provide unique executive recruiting advisory services to corporate clients. We served both start-up and established companies and their financial backers to advise them in the recruiting, on-boarding and retention of a single senior executive or build an entire management team - efficiently and effectively.

Since then, Ethos Consulting has evolved into a professional advisory firm with a suite of services to help management teams find ways to continuously improve the way they recruit, on-board and retain the best talent available. We concentrate on providing customized solutions for board members and management teams to recruit, on-board and retain senior executives, finding and implementing culture-based solutions to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley and acquiring access to capital.

If clients prefer to outsource, we will help boards of directors and investors identify leadership for their companies. Only on an exception basis will we conduct retained executive searches for Board Members, CEOs, Presidents and other key executives.

Selectively, we provide customized executive coaching. It is strictly for top level executives in transition. They are either about to leave or have left a senior position. It is not outplacement. They simply want to better understand how to assess their options, design a plan and navigate their way through the complexities of attaining what they want. This may involve a job change or a complete career change. They want to control the process.
