Don Potter and Conrad Prusak have worked together for over twenty years. Don is the President of StrategyStreet.com. StrategyStreet is a subscription based on-line tool that provides middle and senior managers with three unique features:

1. a guided action map, where StrategyStreet provides a specific set of actions to improve a company's market share and profits;
2. a view into the future, based on many years of research on over fifty competitive markets, describing how industries evolve from normally competitive environments to intensely price competitive industries; and
3. imaginative new ideas, where StrategyStreet offers several thousand examples of successful management initiatives to serve as brainstorming thought starters.

Prior to establishing StrategyStreet, Don was a professional strategy consultant. He spent several years as a partner at McKinsey and Company and then founded his own strategy consulting firm, Windermere Associates, Inc. Over the last thirty years, Don has worked in more than one hundred industries. These industries include both high growth and low growth markets, as well as high profit and intensely competitive, low profit industries. Don's clients have included AST, Bowater, Citibank, McDonalds, Powerwave Technologies, Procter and Gamble and St. Paul Travelers, among others.

Don's educational background includes a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar, an award granted to 5% of the graduating class. He is also a magna cum laude graduate in Arts and Letters from the University of Notre Dame.
