Sally Cabbell and Conrad Prusak have collaborated for more than 20 years. Sally is a seasoned expert in Executive and Total Compensation programs design and has effectively developed strategies to solve a wide variety of Human Resources problems. During her extensive consulting career she successfully assisted hundreds of different types of businesses, large and small. In doing so, she earned a reputation for providing accurate, realistic assessments, answers and practical designs for programs that balance both the workforce and the business needs. Sally has developed a level of competence in her field to be recognized as an expert witness in matters of compensation.
With a formal background in both business and organizational behavior Sally has developed an ability to rapidly assimilate an organization's need and its business situation in order to promptly carry out an assignment and deliver results that are on target. Sally brings a creative, insightful and commonsense approach to the tough subjects surrounding management and compensation of the workforce today.
Sally led the Compensation and Human Resources Consulting practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers serving all the Western states for 13 years. She also held Human Resources and Compensation Management positions in four major corporations, Royal Globe Insurance Company, Tonka Toys, Litton Microwave and Cities Service Company, before entering the consulting field. A graduate of Adelphi University, she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at Metropolitan University in Minneapolis, University of California, Berkeley and Santa Cruz campuses and Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
Sally has served on the Advisory Boards of two Bay Area software companies, UC Berkeley's Human Resources Cirriculum Advisory Board, and is Executive Compensation Advisor to serveral Boards of Directors. A frequent speaker at conventions and seminars, Sally has numerous publications on a variety of compensation and human resources subjects.
