Amy is the Managing Director of
Victory Search Group, a boutique retained executive search
firm with offices in Scottsdale, Chicago and Milwaukee. Victory
Search Group partners with clients across multiple industries to
offer professional leadership search solutions.
Amy founded Victory Search Group in 2002 after a successful career
at Heidrick & Struggles. Amy's search practice focuses on serving
clients across a broad spectrum of industries including technology,
consumer-packaged goods, healthcare and industrial companies. Amy's
practice focuses primarily on building administrative teams for her
clients. She has successfully executed searches for CFOs, CEOs,
General Managers, and Vice Presidents for most staff and line
functions.
During her search career, Amy has built search practices in Chicago,
San Francisco and Phoenix. A native of Michigan, Amy holds a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Michigan State
University. She currently lives in Scottsdale with her husband and
three children.
