Ethos Consulting, LLC is a management consulting firm specializing in building teams. We do this by helping teams design and vet expectations in order to be more productive. We use the “Management by Expectations” (MBE) model to achieve this. The results are as follows:

1. The team is more focused and enthusiastic about getting the desired results. Expectations are translated into definitive action plans.
2. The organization improves performance. This can be across any success metric the organization sets for itself, i.e. profits, growth, competitive positioning, etc.
3. The organization becomes a magnet for great talent that wants to stay with the organization. We use the “Recruiting/ On-boarding/ Retention” (ROR) model to achieve this.
